Organizational Training and Development

KerygmaWord LLC firmly believes that assessing state, condition, and health is integral to the success of every organization. An organizational assessment is an evaluation process that provides an analysis and description of organizational performance, culture, and its dynamics. The organization is then provided with feedback on the results of the assessment and a strategic action plan to address issues, concerns, policies, and procedures identified in the assessment. A few key areas of focus include leadership behaviors, systems and policies, group process, and levels of satisfaction. Primary methods of gathering information include personal structured interviews, and focus groups.

Leadership of each of these congregations are well known in the Christian community therefore the identities of these two congregations are kept confidential.
